Anaya Venture - Taller de arquitectura

In an area of very irregular shape, with a front of 5 meters and unique access, we are responsible to develop a project of social interest in the Eastern area of Guadalajara.

By having a single front, and boundaries in the remaining three fronts, we started from a schema with continuous patios to allow proper lighting and ventilation of the program housing units.

It has two vertical circulation attached to the lateral boundary, so the program is divided into two housing cores organized by a central patio.

The project includes 14 studios and apartments ranging between 40 and 65 m2, and a shop on the ground floor.
