At the heart of the Colomos Forest rises BS Tower. Its location offers the convenience of being located between different communication highways, major shopping centers and an unrivalled view over the wooded area of the city.
BS Tower offers an ambitious and innovative architectural design under the strictest quality standards keeping in mind exclusivity and total comfort. It raises the possibility of living in a forest inside the city: the project is located in a majestic area of over 7,000 m2 surrounded by mature trees with spectacular heights.
The basic concept, an assembly of two bodies in L the first housing 90 departments between 130m2 and 215m2 (type A, B, C and D) having six units per floor with three cores high speed elevators. The next body contains 30 apartments ranging between 240 and 328 m2 (type D, E, F and G) are suspended from 12th floor atrium levels leaving a large void thats suspenders above the internal forest.
The project aims to have more than 5,000 m2 of common green areas: Gardens, terraces, sport fields, etc. Complemented by amenities such as: semi-Olympic pool, sun deck, terrace, jacuzzis and wading pool, gymnasium, office centre, cinema, game room, and an impressive sky pool with terrace and roof garden 50 meters high.
The buildings are designed as open floor plans with views, natural lighting and ventilation double facade bearing to the outside and the central atrium which creates environments, spatial quality and light intensity, always different for each space. At the ends of the towers there are four vertical circulation cores, pipelines facilities and a strip “wet” to locate services departments (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and services). Which facilitates the construction, maintenance and future repairs to the facility.
The scheme raises the possibility of having seven housing prototypes this expands the market possibilities for different profiles and potential customers, from students, single or divorced, the young couple or the traditional family.
