10.5 Offices - Taller de arquitectura

In a corporate tower from the Residential area of “Puerta de Hierro” in the city of Guadalajara we where commissioned to develop office spaces for rent. Like a house for sale, the key is to make a distribution highly commercial that works for most potential customers.

It was decided to offer a service area for each office which included: kitchen, bathrooms, internet server, storage, and general maintenance. The rest of the area was designed on a shape of a “C” taking full advantage of natural light and the view of the forest of the Colomos Park. In this series of continuous spaces there are five private staff area and boardroom.
