Loma Alta Apartments - Taller de arquitectura

We where commissioned a project to develop a 6 Level 11 Unit building on a very irregular geometry piece of land.

We decided to work from the perimeters irregularity and form two bodies with a basic geometry to get the location on the corner of the site and potentiate the views of the apartments. In the first building we have the 3-bedroom apartment with large balconies that open to the front park. Apartment type B with two bedrooms overlooking their views on the quiet side street.

The external appearance of the building is evident the two proposed bodies with strong volumetric accented with exposed concrete walls that are part of the same building structure.
