In a beautiful wooded area at south of the city of Guadalajara, the client required from us a residence for the typical contemporary family with two children. The land has a slope in front of the land which descends to the bottom, even below street level.

The initial decision was based on a scheme of three useful plants to contain these drastic differences in level. In the first level, at street level, the garage and the services that we use as a leveling base are situated. The main floor with the day program, is developed at elevation 2.50m which allows us to have the stay and terrace practically at the level of the garden in the back.

The more hermetic sealed floor contains the private residence program, protected in front with a metallic lattice and existing trees at the back of the property.
